Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping:

All orders are processed and shipped within 5 working days of payment being received. During the festive season, this may increase to 7 working days.

We offer shipping by Evri, in the UK only, at a flat rate of £6.00 per order.

Returns:

Our Returns Policy is valid for up to 7 days after you have received your order. We are unable to process an exchange or return beyond this time.

Order Cancellations

As our kits and party bags are packed-to-order immediately after purchase, we do not offer cancellations and all sales are final.

Returns

We do not offer returns, except in the following instances:

  • If your order is damaged during shipping

  • If you have received a product that is different to what you ordered

Refunds

We only issue refunds in the unlikely event that your order is damaged during shipping. Refunds will be processed within 30 days.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges, except in the following instances:

  • If you have received a product that is different to what you ordered

Exchange of Items Received in Error

In the unlikely event that you receive items that are different to what you ordered, we will offer an exchange. Please contact us on enquiries@glitterpopparties.co.uk and provide your order number.

We will respond within normal working day hours in order to arrange the exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, the items must be returned to us unused, in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.

All items should be returned to us by a trackable shipping service to: 9 Uplands Road, Guildford, Surrey, GU1 2RW.

You must provide us with a tracking number so that we can follow the shipment. The customer is liable for all shipping costs and any customs duties involved in returning the items to us.

Exchange of Damaged Items

Your order is packed and shipped with the utmost care. In the unlikely event that an order is damaged during shipping, we will offer an exchange. Please contact us on enquiries@glitterpopparties.co.uk and provide your order number and photographic evidence of the damage to the items. We will respond within normal working day hours.

All damaged items should be returned to us by a trackable shipping service and in its original packaging to: 9 Uplands Road, Guildford, Surrey, GU1 2RW.

You must provide a tracking number so that we can follow the shipment. The customer is liable for all shipping costs and any customs duties involved in returning the damaged items to us.

Once we have received and inspected the items for damage during shipping, we will send an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.

If an exchange is approved, we will contact you to create your new order, which will be processed and shipped as per our Shipping Policy above.
